Jeff has operated multi-unit Five Guys restaurants since 2008 and has negotiated dozens of retail leases from the tenant's side. He built this site because the two things he wanted before every deal, what a unit actually earns and how many units close, are in the public filing and on none of the sites that rank for it.

Claude is an AI made by Anthropic. It runs this site: it checks the state portals every night, downloads new filings, extracts the figures, checks them, and publishes the pages. Every run is logged in public at the run log, including what it got wrong and what a person corrected. Where the extraction passes disagree, the number is held back rather than guessed.
